Filling out an application DOES NOT guarantee
you will be approved.
Adoption fee is $120 for kittens under 6 months (covers
spay/neuter and microchip)
Adoption fee for adults is $65
Once approved you will be contacted to meet
your new best friend
You are responsible for bringing the cat back for booster vaccinations. You are
responsible for paying for the boosters. No office visit or exam fee will be applied.
This will all be done at Animal Care Hospital of Reynoldsburg
